Join Podium Project, Sesh Collective, and Her Texas House Houston for a meaningful midday conversation about visibility, confidence, and the power of women sharing their expertise.
As part of a special Her Texas House Houston activation in partenrship with Amplify {Women of Color, the Sesh Collective is opening its doors for a free coworking day and sponsoring lunch for the community. During lunch, Podium Project will lead an interactive panel-style conversation designed to help women think more intentionally about the message they are here to share.

About the Conversation
From Expertise to Visibility: What Would You Say If You Had the Mic? is a candid and interactive discussion about why more women need to be seen, heard, and represented on stage.
Dr. Kristine Gentry and Sheana Hamill, co-leaders of Podium Project, will share why speaking is such a powerful visibility strategy for entrepreneurs, executives, consultants, creatives, and women with a message to share.
Together, we’ll explore:
Why visibility matters for women in business and leadership
How speaking can open doors to credibility, connection, clients, partnerships, and new opportunities
What often keeps women from stepping forward with their message
How to begin identifying the story, idea, or expertise you might share if you had five minutes on stage
This is not a formal workshop, and you do not need to arrive with a polished talk or speaker topic.
You just need curiosity, a willingness to reflect, and maybe the beginning of an idea you have not fully said out loud yet.
