The Podium Project is a speaker accelerator and live showcase designed to widen the stage for women and underrepresented leaders—through professional production, meaningful community, and talks that spark real momentum.

We created Podium Project because visibility is still uneven, and when stages don’t reflect the full range of lived experience and leadership, the ideas shaping our workplaces, communities, and future stay too narrow.

This isn’t “practice.” It’s a real stage, a real audience, and a professionally produced experience that helps powerful messages travel farther.

The Podium Project is hosted in partnership with The Sesh Foundation, a Houston-based nonprofit that provides pivotal spaces to creatives, non-profits, community organizations, and businesses owned by and impacting women, communities of color and the LGBTQ+ community.

The Sesh Foundation provides the infrastructure that helps Podium Project operate with accountability and impact so sponsors and donors can support this work with confidence.
